Google Find Hub
For a WTD Agent, during the creation and updating of a Delayed Bag file, at a bag level, an agent can input a Google Find Hub URL for each passenger bag. The URL will be stored as an element of the Delayed Bag file.
You must ensure the Google Find Hub setting is enabled before proceeding.
Insert a Google Find Hub URL into a Delayed Bag file
Menu: Passenger > Delayed Bag > Create

Follow the instructions to create a Create a Delayed Bag File.

Select the Bag tab.

In the Baggage Tracking section, enter a Google Find Hub URL into the Google Find Hubfield for each bag.

Optional: click the URL to launch a browser window to display the device/bag location.
Tip: If you encounter an issue, review the introduction paragraph and note regarding your Google account.Tip: a Google Find Hub URL link remains active for seven days or until the passenger deactivates it. -
Complete the remaining steps to create the Delayed Bag file.
Tip: when the file is being generated you can view the URL in the Summary or File Details section of the Delayed Bag file for each bag. After the file has been created you can view the URL in the Display file section.
